At MURANO, we are committed to offering products of high quality and durability. Our semi-jewelry is made from 316L stainless steel and undergoes a PVD plating process, which ensures resistance to oxidation and discoloration. Our lifetime warranty reflects this commitment.
Lifetime Warranty for Darkening and Greenish Discoloration
We offer a lifetime warranty exclusively for cases of darkening and greenish discoloration of the pieces.
It is important to note that wear that exposes the steel beneath the plating is not considered a coating defect and therefore does not activate the warranty.
30-Day Warranty for Stones
In cases where stones detach without external interference—such as drops, scratches, or lack of proper care by the customer—we offer a 30-day warranty.
We understand that, due to the manual setting of stones, such situations may occur, and we guarantee replacement without complications.
Exchange Policy Under Lifetime Warranty
If replacement of a product covered by the lifetime warranty is required and the item’s price has changed since the purchase date, the exchange will be carried out upon payment of the difference between the original purchase price and the current price at the time of the request.
However, it is essential to clarify that if the stone was broken due to customer negligence, the exchange will not be carried out. We believe the customer must take proper care of their piece and adopt the necessary precautions to avoid damage.
Warranty Exclusions
The MURANO warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, negligence, accidents, drops, impacts, improper use, or modifications to the pieces.
If damage is identified as arising from any of these circumstances, the warranty will be void.
Procedure When Receiving a Defective Piece
If you receive a piece of jewelry with a defect, we recommend not using it and requesting an exchange within 30 days after delivery.
Upon noticing any irregularity, please contact our team to initiate the replacement process.
Procedure for Defects After Use
We offer a warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase.
