Processing and Delivery Time
After purchase confirmation, the order processing time—also known as picking/handling time—is 2 (two) to 4 (four) business days, from Monday to Saturday.
Orders are usually prepared for shipment within 24 hours after payment confirmation. If you entered an incorrect address, please contact our support team by email within 24 hours of purchase so we can update it. If this period has passed, the customer must track the order using the provided code and contact the shipping carrier directly. Providing a correct and complete shipping address is entirely the customer’s responsibility.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately (up to 24 hours after the purchase is made). Most orders are prepared for shipment on the following business day. Once our logistics team has processed your order, it can no longer be canceled.
