“Buy 4, Pay 2” Promotion Policy
Partial return (1 item returned):
If the customer chooses to return only one of the items purchased in the promotion, the refund will be 80% of the proportional value of the product, considering the discount applied in the promotion.
Example: Suppose the customer purchased 4 items in the “Buy 4, Pay 2” promotion for a total of $600.00. The amount paid per item would be $150.00. If the customer returns 1 item, the refund will be 80% of $150.00, that is, $120.00.
Full order return:
If all items from the promotion are returned, a 100% refund of the amount effectively paid by the customer will be issued, that is, $600.00.
If the customer wishes to return only the paid products and keep the item received as a gift, the full original value of the free item must be paid.
Gifts Subject to Promotion or Coupon Rules
Receiving a gift is subject to the specific conditions of the promotion or coupon used. These rules may include minimum purchase value, participating product categories, unit limits per customer, among other requirements defined by the brand. Please consult our team.
